The  most usfull addon: XML to CS-Cart Addon.

Import you suppliers products XML into CS-Cart with no fuzz. Just a few clicks and you get product image, product name, category, description, price, status and features (like availability, or brand).

After that you can always update your existing imported products for changes like price or quantity. YOu may also move the product to another category and it will still get updated (except category)
